My name is Mark Pickering. I am a Marketing Manager for a small hotel group based in North Yorkshire.  As part of my role I am tasked with looking after several hotel websites, continually keeping them updated and looking for new marketing channels and techniques.  In doing so I often stumble across interesting things on the internet related to travel and hotels, which aren’t necessarily what I’m looking for but never the less, are worth highlighting to those who share my interests.
